As a private practice therapist in the UK, I don’t work directly with insurance companies. However, I can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider if they cover therapeutic services.

Most clients attend weekly sessions, especially at the beginning of therapy. This helps maintain momentum and build a strong therapeutic relationship. As you progress, we can discuss adjusting the frequency to best suit your needs.

You can schedule a free consultation through my online booking system, email me directly, or call. After our initial consultation, we’ll arrange regular session times that work for both our schedules.

The initial consultation is an opportunity for us both to assess if we’re a good fit. It’s important that you feel comfortable, understood, and safe. You should feel free to ask questions and trust your instincts about whether my approach aligns with your needs.

The length of therapy varies for each person. Some clients find short-term therapy (6-12 sessions) sufficient for specific issues, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly review your progress and adjust the duration to meet your needs.

I offer sessions both online via secure video platform and in-person from my practice in West Sussex. Walk & Talk therapy sessions take place in agreed outdoor locations in the local area.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged at the full fee. I understand that emergencies happen, and we can discuss these situations as they arise.
